We Have Good News!

Brown County Public Library will begin curbside delivery/pickup starting Monday, June 1, 2020 during our regular hours!

Here is all you will need to know about getting back to some good ole reading! (it's important to read it all! 😉)

-The books/other material will be delivered by the staff to vehicles in plastic bags.

-We are taking 15-minute interval appointments by phone.

-For your appointment, you may park at the front parking space of the building or if that space is unavailable, you may park in the side lot.

-To ensure we get your material to you in a fashionably quick manner, please call us when you have arrived and where you parked so we may deliver it to your vehicle.

-Patrons may reserve material through the online catalog (RSA Cat) (using the attached link below) which requires a library card number and a PIN number (which is the same for all online usage), or by calling into the library to see what is available. https://alsi.sdp.sirsi.net/client/en_US/BrownCountyPL/

-If you are unsure of your library card number or need your PIN number reset, you may call the library to receive that information.

-Inter-library loans are still currently unavailable so rental of materials will be strictly from what we have in our collection here.

-When returning material, please return it in plastic bags or place it in our book drop located out at the back of the building.

-Per CDC guidelines, ALL returned materials will be quarantined, wiped down and disinfected before being discharged and filed back in our inventory.

-A re-opening date of the library for its standard public use is still undetermined at this point but will be coming soon.

As always, we thank our patrons and community for the endless support during this and throughout the years of serving Brown County! We look forward to being able to nourish your love of reading again soon!
