Our contactless pickup book lockers provide patrons with an easy and quick way to pick up their library items. You can find the book lockers located on the north side of the library. The ONLY way to retrieve items from the lockers is with your physical library card or digital library card on the RSAcat mobile app. 

How to have your items delivered to the book lockers

1. Search the library catalog 
2. Request an item by clicking “Place Hold”
3. Select "Brown County Public Library - Book Lockers" for your pickup location
4. When your hold is ready to be picked up you will receive an email

How to retrieve your hold items 

1. Scan your library card 
2. A locker will pop open
3. Retrieve your items from the opened lockers and close the locker doors
