Each month a different book is picked to read and then the Book Club meets to discuss the book the first Monday of every month at 1 PM. You can pick up a copy of the Book Club's pick each month at the Circulation Desk.
A free class that uses familysearch.org to offer access to digital images and indexes of genealogical records. You can work at your own pace and can get help finding information from those teaching the class. You can bring your laptop or tablet to class. If you don't have access to a tablet or computer the library can provide one. This class is offered monthly and meets the third Saturday at 1 PM. Registration is available but not required to attend.
A free workshop to come ask question about changing settings, connecting to Wi-Fi, downloading apps, and much more. Bring your iPhone or iPad and your questions! This workshop is going to be lead by Richard Young on Monday, October 18 at 6 PM.
Come enjoy a night at the Library painting a wooden Mason Jar Football Door Hanger. You will get step-by-step instructions from an instructor. You also get to customize your Door Hanger to match your favorite Football teams colors. This Paint Night will be on Wednesday, October 20 at 6 PM. To attend this program you must register.

Do you love jigsaw puzzles? Bring a jigsaw puzzle to the library to trade for one that's new to you! Choose from a wide selection of puzzles. Come take a puzzle and leave a puzzle on Thursday, October 21 between 5 PM and 7 PM.
A fun reading and walking experience for the whole family! The book begins outside the library windows then you follow the pages up and down Main Street business windows till you finish the book back at the library.
Using Do-A-Dot markers pick an activity page to create a work of art.
Each month a different craft that the kids make and it can also be played with.
The library has its very own FREE monthly subscription service called Book Box! These Boxes are made for Teens (grades 7th-12th) and Middle Schoolers (grades 4th-6th). Each Book Box will include a hand selected newly released book, all kinds of fun treats and a book review card. Read the book and keep the treats! To subscribe to Book Box all you have to do is fill out a form that lets us know your preferred genres and a couple of your favorite and least favorite books. Then you will be emailed in a day or two when your box is ready for you to pick up at the library. When you finish reading the book fill out the book review card. Then return the book, box and review card to the circulation desk. Each month you can resubscribe to see what new book and new fun treats will be in the next Book Box!
Come create with Legos! We provide the legos you provide the creativity! A NEW monthly clubs starting on Monday, October 25 at 3:30 PM till 4:30 PM. This program is for children in grades 1st-8th grade.
The summer reading program is held for 8 weeks each summer with reading, fun, crafting, learning, and laughter. This is a free program for children who have completed at least one year of PreK through 6th grade.
A time for caregivers and children to interact together with books to help build early literacy. Join us as we listen to stories, sing songs, do a craft and play with toys. Story Hour is every Wednesday at 10 AM.
A 30 minute monthly program is for little ones that love to move. This is a time to sing songs, dance and play with musical instruments. This NEW monthly program is starting on Tuesday, October 26 at 10:00 AM.
Come to the library to pick up a reading log to start keeping track of the titles of books you read to your child. All you have to do is read with you child, keep track of the titles on the book log till you reach 1000 books. Your child will receive prizes for meeting each 100 books milestone.
The Rubber Ducky club is a monthly activity sheet with the Five Early Literacy Practices every child needs to read, listen, and write. Come into the library starting in October to pick up a sheet. The goal is to finish any 20 activities, initial the boxes, and then bring in the sheet to the library to a choose a rubber duck to take home. This program is for birth to 2 years old.
